0145 Officers went to 408 Orangewood Drive to serve an arrest warrant. The
male wanted was found at the residence. Jamie L. Pruitt W/F 33 was arrested
for the Kettering Police warrant and transported to the Kettering Jail.
0149 An officer was patrolling the 2300 block of East Dorothy Lane, near the
Midas Muffler store, and located a suspicious male. The male was in
possession of drug paraphernalia. Michael A. Morgan B/M 49 was arrested for
Drug Paraphernalia and transported to the Kettering Jail. 2014-27973
1100 An officer was dispatched to State Route’s 725 and 741 for a prisoner
detail. Dewitt A. Elkin W/M 29 was arrested for a Kettering Police warrant and
transported him to the Kettering Jail.
1230 An officer was dispatched to the Middletown Jail for a prisoner detail.
Rawchaayah L. Wright B/M 21 was arrested for two felony warrants and
transported him to the Kettering Jail.
2010 An officer stopped a vehicle in the 2900 block of Wilmington Pike for a
traffic violation. The driver was in possession of Methadone pills. Carl W.
Bolton W/M 25 was arrested for Drug Possession, DUS and transported to the

2024 An officer stopped a car on Glenheath Drive at East Stroop Road for a
traffic violation. The driver was nervous and placed a baggy under her clothes.
The driver was in possession of 16 Hydrocodone pills. Veronica M. Bucio W/F
27 was arrested for Drug Possession and taken to the Kettering Jail.

0012 An officer was dispatched to the Butler County Jail for a prisoner detail.
Jonathan M. Harbaum W/M 30 was arrested for a Kettering Police warrant and
transported to the Kettering Jail.
0243 An officer was dispatched to the Montgomery County Jail for a prisoner
detail. Morris D. Scott Jr. B/M 48 was arrested for a Kettering Police warrant
and transported to the Kettering Jail.
2307 An officer stopped a vehicle in the 2200 block of Woodman Drive for a
traffic violation. The driver had several driver license suspensions. James M.
Stevens W/M 22 was arrested for DUS and taken to the Kettering Jail.

0115 An officer was patrolling a neighborhood area and saw a wanted person
at 2033 Hazel Avenue. Officers contacted the male and Aaron J. Hutchinson
W/M 40 was arrested for a Kettering Police warrant. Hutchinson was
transported to the Kettering Jail.
0219 Officers were dispatched to the parking lot of Chipotle, 4329 Far Hills
Avenue, for a disturbance. The female caller reported she was assaulted by her
ex-boyfriend. Ahmed H. Alabbas ME/M 22 was arrested for Assault,
Aggravated Menacing, and Unlawful Restraint and taken to the Kettering Jail.

1543 An officer stopped a car at Bigger and Andrew Roads for a traffic
violation. A passenger in the car had a warrant for her arrest. Hannah Jackson
W/F 23 was arrested and transported to the Kettering Jail.

0059 An officer stopped a suspicious male at West Stroop Road and South
Dixie Highway. The male had a warrant for his arrest with the Moraine Police
and was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Alex J. Holtzman W/M 21 was
arrested and transported to the Kettering Jail. 2014-28667
1616 Officers were patrolling Ghent Avenue and Prentice Drive and located a
male wanted for two felony warrants. An officer stopped the suspect’s vehicle
at Ghent and East Dorothy Lane. Craig M. Bracken W/M 30 was arrested for
the Adams County warrants and taken to the Kettering Jail. 2014-28757
1657 Officers were dispatched to Kroger, 2115 East Dorothy Lane for a
shoplifting. The suspect concealed make-up and left the store without
attempting to purchase it. Elizabeth N. Yoss W/F 18 was arrested for Theft and
transported to the Kettering Jail. 2014-28767
1812 Officers were dispatched to the White Sail Tavern, 1509 Barney Avenue,
for a disturbance. A female was inside the tavern and causing a problem with
another female. After speaking to officers, the suspect drove away but was
stopped immediately an officer. The female refused to take any field sobriety
tests and Joelle R. Jared W/F 47 was arrested for OVI and transported to the
Kettering Jail. 2014-28780
2010 an officer was dispatched to 2870 Armen Avenue for a welfare check.
Officers were checking on a 5 year old male that was reported left alone in the
home. Witnesses reported the child in the neighborhood trying to recover the
family dogs. After locating the child, an officer checked the interior of the home
for an adult and the living conditions. As the officer walked through, he
discovered a large amount of marijuana. No adult or caregiver was located and
officers learned the child was left alone for several hours. The mother arrived
home and Chrissy M. Eldridge W/F 24 was arrested for Endangering Children
and Drug Possession. She was transported to the Kettering Jail and the child
was turned over to a family member. 2014-28807
2050 An officer observed a wanted person at the Ascension Festival, 2001
Woodman Drive. Dyllan A. Gillam W/M 18 was arrested for a Kettering Police
warrant and transported to the Kettering Jail.
2057 An officer was dispatched to the STEM School to meet a Riverside
officer for a prisoner detail. Jason Grismer W/M 22 was arrested for a Kettering
Police warrant and transported to the Kettering Jail.
Saturday, June 21, 2014
0231 Officers were dispatched to Sports & Spirits, 1725 Woodman Drive, for a
disturbance. During the disturbance, a female attempted to assault another
female and the suspect’s boyfriend was being uncooperative. Natnael D. Haile
B/M 27 was arrested for Criminal Trespass. Marisa R. Rice W/F 21 was
arrested for Disorderly Conduct and both were taken to the Kettering Jail.

0959 An officer was advised by a citizen, while on a permit holder check at
Circle K 1701 West Dorothy Lane, a patient had walked away from Kettering
Memorial Hospital. The officer found the male walking on Southern Boulevard
at Ridgeview Drive. The male had a warrant for his arrest with the Moraine
Police department. Darius M. Lucas B/M 27 was arrested and transported to
the Kettering Jail. 2014-28865
2118 An officer was dispatched to the area of Hale Avenue and Wilmington
Pike for an intoxicated male stumbling in the road. The male was sitting in the
road, highly intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Thomas M. Huey W/M
51 was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and taken to the Kettering Jail.

0117 Officers went to 1901 #2C Hazel Avenue to serve an arrest warrant. A
male was located and had a felony warrant for a probation violation. Paul J.
Spohn W/M 22 was arrested and transported to the Kettering Jail. 2014-29007
0257 An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Woodman Drive at
Grice Lane. The driver had been drinking alcohol and failed the field sobriety
tests. Leanna D. Miller W/F 33 was arrested for OVI and transported to the
Kettering Jail. Miller tested .168 on the Intoxilyzer. 2014-29015
0331 Officers were dispatched to the 2500 Block of Acorn Drive for a single
vehicle crash. The driver had been drinking alcohol and failed the field sobriety
tests. Michael B. Affourtit W/M 28 was arrested for OVI and tested .117 at the
Kettering Jail. 2014-29023
1010 Officers were dispatched to 1216 East Dorothy Lane for a family
problem. A female at the scene had a warrant with the Moraine Police
Department. Angel E. Hurd H/F 21 was arrested and transported to the
Kettering Jail. 2014-29043
1520 A male came into the police lobby to turn himself in for a warrant. Justin
Padget W/M 27 was arrested for Receiving Stolen Property and escorted into
the Kettering Jail.
1600 An officer located a male wanted by the Dayton Police Department.
John Swallows W/M 52 was arrested for a warrant and transported to the
Kettering Jail.
1732 An officer stopped a vehicle near South Dixie Highway and Bowman
Avenue. The driver had a warrant for his arrest with the Kettering Municipal
Court. Thomas Lester Jr. W/M 28 was arrested and transported to the Kettering
Jail.
1943 An officer was dispatched to the Tissue Center on College Drive for a
trespassing complaint. The officer observed a male operating a vehicle off the
roadway. The driver was under multiple license suspensions. Brandon Crute
W/M 24 was arrested for DUS and taken to the Kettering Jail.
2052 An officer stopped a car on Woodman Drive at Vale Drive for speeding.
The driver had a court suspended license. Philip R. Bierly W/M 18 was arrested
for DUS and transported to the Kettering Jail. 2014-29115
2125 An officer observed a male driving a vehicle and he had a warrant for his
arrest. The male was stopped near Wilmington Pike and Smithville Road.
Danny R. Carter Jr. W/M 44 was arrested for the Dayton Police warrant and
transported to the Kettering Jail. 2014-29112
2234 An officer was dispatched to 2457 Rahn Road for an injury crash.
Witnesses reported seeing two white males fleeing from the car and they were
located shortly later on Belloak Drive. Both subjects were intoxicated and the
driver was not injured. Sullivan Dunn W/M 21 was arrested for OVI and
transported to the Kettering Jail. 2014-29129
