Mix phase B ingredients together until all ingredients are completely dissolved 3. Add phase C ingredients one at a time in order to phase B with mixing. 4. Add phase D ingredients one at a time to blend BC with proper stirring, homogenize for 2 min using a high shear device (Silverson, Ultraturrax, ...). 5. Add phase E to blend BCD with proper mixing, then homogenize for 2 min with a high shear device (Silverson, Ultraturrax, ...). 6. Add slowly phase A to blend BCDE under mixing, homogenize for 3 min under high shear device (Silverson, Ultraturrax, ...). 7. Add Phase F ingredients one at a time in order, mix until homogeneous. 8. Mix for an additional 1 min under high shear device (Silverson, Ultraturrax, ...). Variations Alternative Dow Corning® Products have not been tested as of this printing. Stability Stable for at least 1 month at 50°C, 3 months at 45°C, 3 months at RT. Passes 10 freeze/thaw cycle. External Reference Material No external references identified as of this printing.
