Order Management System
Design, order processing and quality control elements of production
are effectively integrated and managed by Cubesoft software which
lies at the center of our partnership system.
The advantages and efficiency provided by the smart Cubesoft
software starts from design stage until the end of order processing. In
line with to the used product inside panel which is entered in the
software, Cubesoft automatically chooses semi-finished standart
products (sheet metal frame, copper bus bars and cable connectors)
and prepares the order codes respectively.
Thanks to this feature, Cubesoft eliminates any possibility of making
mistakes in ordering products . Ordering wrong parts or ordering
excess amounts are no longer an issue for our partners. Cubesoft
enables the project team to start the procurement process as soon as
the design parameters are entered in the software. Without any further
manual effort to prepare a product order list and start time-consuming
ordering process, Cubesoft automatically places orders for the
necessary products required by the respective design.
CUBERA is also the ultimate solution for the projects that have delivery
time which is not enough for conventional panel manufacturers. And it
is perfectly convenient in the case of breakdowns and maintenance
needs, since all the power cables and bus bars along with the metal
plate frame can easily be ordered and obtained for a quick assembly
process.
Cubesoft integrates quality control with ordering process. As soon as
the design becomes an order, the quality control module in the
software automatically produces quality control documents of the
products in process.

Order Management System
AMPER RATHER THAN SIZE
Apart from providing ease of assembly with their universal structure
and the semi-processed mounting accesories (bolts, labels, earthing
cables) delivered in the same package, the mounting plates which are
fully compatible with any switchgear brand chosen in the software,
considerably shortens the time required for the installation. This
system also provides considerable cost advantages for the partners ,
since, there is no need to keep raw materials inventory such as , copper,
cables, bolts, etc.
According to the design choice made for the ordered frame structure
in Cubesoft the software automatically determines the exact number
and type of insulators used according to the type test and includes
these items in the order list along with other parts of the panel.
Therefore, Cubesoft prevents the designer to make any mistakes about
the quantity and type of insulators to be ordered for the assembly of
the panel.
STRUCTURE
STRENGTH COMES INTO LIFE WITH STRUCTURE
The powerful change brought by CUBERA is displayed by durable
frame structure composed of 2 mm galvanized sheet plates. It can be
produced as IP30, IP44, IP54. The standard base structure that carries
CUBERA system in produced with 3 mm galvanized sheet plates.
CUBERA floor mounted panel is being produced with a standard
height of 2200 mm and consist of a base of 100 mm and a frame 2100
mm.
The width and depth on the order hand is determined by the design
choices made in the Cubesoft software according to electrical
parameters computed by using technical specs of switchgear brand
and IEC standards. Cubesoft then, automatically determines the width
and the depth of the frame.
Main frame structure can be produced from Form 1 to Form 4 in a and
b categories . If the designer does not specify any preference for switch
gear products over 1000A Cubesoft chooses open type switchgear
products along with Form 4 frame structure to provide maximum
safety and ease of us for the end user. Thanks to CUBERA’s smart and
flexible design, the panels designed in Form 1 standards can easily be
transformed into other Form structures.

STRUCTURE
DIMENSIONS - FLOOR MOUNTED PANELS
CUBERA floor mounted panels main structure and mounting plates are
produced as galvanized 2-3mm steel-sheet and side plates, front plates
produced as 1,5mm steel sheet. In line with the used area, side plates
and front plates produced either from DKP or galvanized steel-sheet.

SEMI FINISHED BUSBAR
COPPER BUS BARS ARE AT
THE HEART OF THE CHANGE
At the heart of the new era started in the low voltage panel market by
CUBERA, lie the semi-processed copper bus bars. Semi-processed bus
bars are manufactured from 5mm pure electrolyte copper sheets and
constitute the second innovative item in the unique product range of
CUBERA Low Voltage Panel System.
CUBERA applies two methods to ensure the production to be fully
compatible with IEC standards. In the first method, the design choices
made in Cubesoft, enables the software to provide the order codes for
copper bus bars along with order codes of the other products needed
in the production of the panel.
Partners can use these codes to order copper bus bars along with the
frame. Thanks to this method, partners are able to obtain copper bars
and all the related installation parts (labels, bolts, etc.) that are fully
compatible with the frame design and structure.
At the end of the assembly, partners are guaranteed to produce panels
in conformity with certification standards, since the semi-processed
bus bars system is fully compatible with the insulators that are shipped
together with the frame and other parts to the partners.

COPPER BUS BARS ARE AT
THE HEART OF THE CHANGE
Second method on the other hand, requires that our partner’s
production facility qualifies our standards to produce CUBERA copper
bus bar. Providing this qualification, partners are given special
permission in the Cubesoft software by which they can access the
product codes technical specs production and assembly manuals and
use these technical documentation to produce copper bus bars in their
own facility.
Because the bus bar system is designed and produced by 5 mm thick
copper, there is considerable surface area at contact with air that
eliminates overheating problems. Also the location at the bar system
on the back side of the panel provides extra protection against
accidental contacts. Both methods, by creating considerable cost
advantages, provide extra competitiveness to the partners.
Modular design provides cost savings by reducing labor
time and raw material waste in production.
SEMI FINISHED CABLE
CABLES ARE THE MAJOR DRIVERS OF EFFICIENCY
Semi-processed cables which are the main drivers of efficiency
constitute the third and the last innovative product group in the unique
product range of CUBERA Low Voltage Panel System.
CUBERA cabling system consists of semi-processed standardized
cables that are entirely compatible with other components of the
panel. The power cable that connects the main busbar with the
switchgear system chosen in Cubesoft is defined as a semi-produced
product in the software.
Just like CUBERA bus bars, CUBERA cables are produced in
compliance with the electrical specs of respective switchgear product
brand chosen in the software. The standard cables are cut and
produced in sizes compliant with L1, L2, L3 bus bar ties, and then,
packed and shipped along with all the necessary connection apparatus
and assembly manuals.
SEMI FINISHED CABLE
CABLES ARE THE MAJOR DRIVERS OF EFFICIENCY
Cables that are shipped to the partner are ready for assembly with
labels on both sides. Also, lugs are placed to the bus bar end of the
cables. Switchgear product connected cables, on the other hand, are
provided either with lugs or terminal hoops on them, depending on the
connection structure of the preferred switchgear brand.
The lug and terminal hoop application and cutting processes are
performed by calibrated hydraulic machines. All products are tested
and packaged after passing through a documented quality control
process. These procedures minimize the flaws of workmanship at the
point of assembly.
Cubesoft supplies them with exact quantify of cables with required
specs and dimensions required to assemble the panel that they
designed on the software. Owing to CUBERA’s smart design the
semi-processed cables are shipped together with the panels. The
profitability of our partners is improved significantly since our partners
are no longer required to keep huge amounts of cable material and
other connection accessories in their inventory.

ASSEMBLY
EFFICIENCY COMES WITH EXTRAORDINARY
INSTALLATION TECHNIC
CUBERA, with its user friendly modular and standardized design that
revolutionize the production process, enables multiple workers to work
on the installation of the same panel at the same time. Therefore, it
significantly expedites the production process.
CUBERA’s production model that is based on “semi-processed
products” enables the mass production of it’s parts. The parts that are
produced and tested separately are then integrated on the panel. This
method also shortens reaction time during standard design revisions.
CUBERA, with structure, bus bar and electrical drawings defined in
Cubesoft software enables the production of bus bar and cable to be
started as soon as the order placed for the metal plates.
The unique design of CUBERA provides maximum usage area in the
frame. Angled mounting plates facilitate the installation of power and
control cables. 300 mm standardized cable slot enables the field
cables to be easily connected without the necessity to uninstall any
section of the panel. Modular and standard metal plate, copper and
cable products completely eliminate defective assembly problems,
excessive material use and the need to carry huge amounts of raw
material inventory.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
THE ANCHOR OF QUALITY
CUBERA QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
CUBERA Quality Management System is integrated in our Cubesoft
software and that each and every switchboard produced conforms
with the IEC standards.
Thanks to this system we created a self corrective realtime hotline
between our Partners and CUBERA Quality Management team.
Moreover, thanks to this system which we mainly established for
maximum client satisfaction in this overly competitive market, partners
can monitor constantly production costs. This also gives motivation for
further R&D effords and improvements focused on cost efficiency.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
THE ANCHOR OF QUALITY
CUBERA QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
There are four elements in the quality managment system which is
integrated in the
1.Documentation
Partners can reach all of the following documents through the
software; CUBERA certificates, production processes, quality
managment documents, IEC standards documentation.
2.Education
CUBERA Partner Management Team regularly provides training for the
Partners. Related training documents are also avaliable in the Cubesoft
software. All the technical training documents for production
processes are avaliable in the software in case there is a need, for
instance, for the training of new recruits.
3.Process Control
All the CUBERA Partners use the same production processes ensuring
our products to meet the same quality standards. The production
process module in Cubesoft software provides the production process
flowcharts of the design switchboards along with the target manhours
to produce the the product and plans the production processes
accordingly. Before the execution of the Partnership Agreement
CUBERA partnership management team inspects the physical
workforce breakdown, then the current, monthly and annual
production capacity of the Partner is determined and put into the
agreement. Partners’ order amount limited with this quantities, in
order to supply high quality products.
4.Product Control
The quality control forms for the switchboards ordered by CUBERA
Partners using Cubesoft software are produced automatically and
integrated into the quality management system and process flowchart.
Then the process flow can only be completed only if the Partner fills
out these quality control forms exactly when they are needed to be
checked, completed and submitted into the system.Then these quality
control forms are saved with the same order code in the software and
could easily be accessed in case there is a need for a retrospective
inspection.
Later, these forms are evaluated and reported monthly for each Partner
respectively by CUBERA Quality Management Team in order to use the
results for further improvements in the existing products and research
and development of the new products.
QUALITY
RELIABLE AND APPROVED QUALITY
CUBERA had gone through and passed required type test processes in
Accredited Laboratories and got approved according to IEC standards.
While monitoring the efficiency at every stage of production process,
the quality control module integrated in Cubesoft software makes sure
that all the routine tests defined for each product by IEC standards are
conducted at interim and final control stages.
The modular structure and the standard products used in CUBERA
eliminate any possibility of flaws in workmanship in the assembly
process. Since mounting plates, copper bus bars, cables and fitting
accessories (bolts, labels, grounding cables) are provided and defined
as semi-finished standard products in the software, CUBERA provides
an error-proof system for production. Therefore all CUBERA panels are
guaranteed to be in compilance with type test standards before they
are shipped to the end user.
