LUXURIOUS TRAVEL
The Citation V was developed from the base design of the Citation II/SP, and larger Pratt & Whitney
turbofan engines were installed. The Citation V is able to operate from short runways at high altitudes and
temperatures due to its straight wing design. The straight wing design also allows the aircraft to fly at very
low approach speeds as well, maximizing safety and landing performance.
In most Citation V’s the cabin layout includes seating for 7 to 8 passengers and a belted lavatory for an
additional passenger. Fully adjustable seating, folding tables and refreshment centers are available to
passengers, making travel, quite comfortable. The cabin, cross section is 5 feet wide and 5 feet high and
was taken from the Citation II, however, the cabin length was stretched another 20 inches to 17 feet,
allowing for seating up to 8 passengers.
