Bjørn Henriksen – Chairman
Mr. Henriksen is Co-founder and partner of Vestenfjeldske AS. He has more than 25 years of
offshore industry experience. Mr. Henriksen has previously held the position as CEO of Prosafe
Production, President of Prosafe’s Accommodation Business and CFO and COO of Prosafe SE in
addition to various managerial positions in Transocean and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Henriksen is an
State Authorized Public Accountant.
Christian Mowinckel – Board Member
Christian Mowinckel obtained his MBA from University of Wisconsin in 1979 and holds a business
and economics degree from Bedriftsøkonomisk Institutt in Oslo. He has 30 years of working
experience in the field of finance from international banking, metallurgical, engineering and the
offshore service industries. He has held managerial positions with Møller Group, Den norske
Creditbank, DnC (Hong Kong), DnB, Elkem, Kvaerner (Hong Kong), Deloitte, Ocean Rig and
FPSOcean before joining Master Marine in April 2010. He resides in Oslo.
Thomas Eik Gabestad – Board Member
Thomas Eik Gabestad completed his MSc in Economics and Business Administration at the
University in Agder in 2004. He worked several years as Project Controller in Nexans Norway AS and
later as Finance Manager in the installation section in the same company. In early 2009 Thomas
joined Master Marine as Finance Manager where he has worked extensively within all areas of the
financial and accounting functions of the company. He resides in Oslo.
Kjetil Bollestad, CEO
Kjetil Bollestad has more than 20 years of varied technical background from operations and project
management within the airline industry, shipbuilding and construction of offshore units. His most
recent position was as CEO and Production Director for STX Europe (Aker Yards) in Florø. In Master
Marine Kjetil has been deputy Project Manager for the accommodation unit HAVEN and he is well
known to all of Master Marine’s customers, subcontractors and vendors. Before entering into
shipping, Kjetil has long experience from the airline industry within heavy maintenance of aircrafts, as
production manager, operation manager, foreman, technical inspector and mechanic for SAS. He
resides outside Oslo.
