EBI Program EBI Program Mandate The EDWARD Business Implementation (EBI) Program is mandated to provide a baseline of standard operationally focussed reports for NSW Health Local Health Districts (LHDs) to aid LHDs in running their business by providing a single source of truth across all of NSW Health around performance information for Wait List (WL), Emergency Department (ED) and Operating Theatre based on extensive consultation with program partner LHDs and defined Business Requirements. ….when it is needed, in the format it is needed in, and in a quality, accurate manner. 7 EBI Program Emergency Department KPI Focus Program team focus Frontline operational reports to support existing KPIs Not about appropriateness of the measures Your Advice and Feedback on Which quality and safety indicators or KPIs could be included either in the first or second EDWARD release Validate whether the inclusion of Admit and Non Admit for the mode of separation for the NEAT dashboard is useful EBI Program Statewide Reporting 1.
