Group has been presented with General Motors’ 2013/2014 Supplier Quality
Excellence Award for its manufacturing plant in Kalisz, Poland.

of Teknia Kalisz.”
This award is given by GM to top performing suppliers. With it, GM recognises the
best product quality, efficient processes and outstanding service of Teknia Kalisz.
The Supplier Quality Excellence Award is only presented to top manufacturers that
meet GM’s strict quality criteria and requirements. Manufacturers are evaluated
on 13 criteria including the timely delivery of high-quality products and efficient
production processes. The potential candidates must also have quality systems in
accordance with standards such as IS0/TS16949 in place and positively certified
GM’s QSB system as well.

2013/2014. The award given by OEM customer recognises the excellent performance
of our Teknia Kalisz team and day to day work on continues improvement. And now it
will be important to transfer all the best practices we learnt during cooperation with
GM to other projects of other customers.

edition of the IZB International Suppliers Fair in the German
city of Wolfsburg, from 14 to 16 October, intended for the
suppliers in the automotive industry.

industry included a large number of professionals with a capacity
for decision-making. The fair organizers registered 49,000 visitors
in the 36,000m² area and 776 stands from 28 countries.

This project gives impulsion to the Brazilian market.
eknia Rzeszow has been nominated for the second Washer systems project
directly for VW Group. It is the next step to become one of the leading companies
producing this kind of systems in Eastern and Central Europe.
r. Pablo Quesada is a new colleague and employee of Teknia Germany, joining the
team as Machining Division responsible for Business Development in cooperation with
Johanna Mandolla.

Pablo studied Telecommunications engineering at Cantabria
University and finished his Master Thesis at Technische
Universität Darmstadt. After an internship of 4 months in
Teknia plants in Bilbao and Barcelona, he joins the office in
October to develop his business skills.

In 2016 after project SOP, the plant in Rzeszow will deliver almost 80% of all Washer
tanks to both VW plants in Poland.

eknia Sao Paulo 2 has been nominated for a very important project for the
Machining Division with the customer Continental Automotive for its plant in
Várzea Paulista in Sao Paulo.
Alfredo Sanz new Plastic Division Commercial Management.

Congratulations to all persons involved
eknia, within its extended internal promotion policy, has decided to grant the
position of Commercial Director Plastic Division to Mr. Alfredo Sanz, taking the
responsibility next 1st of January 2015.
In parallel to this activity, Alfredo will continue with the
Marketing management for Teknia linked to Teknia USA and
Teknia Germany.
Eight aluminium references will be manufactured with an SOP in the first half of
2015. Wickman 1 3/8 lathes will be used in three shifts.
Teknia wishes Alfredo the best success in his new career
and will receive the collaboration from all of us to achieve
his goals
