Motions filed within thirty (30) days of the trial date will not be considered if they are predicated upon any matter known to the movant at least thirty (30) days prior to trial or of which the movant should have known through the exercise of reasonable diligence. The failure of a party to call up for hearing any motion at least ten (10) days prior to trial shall constitute a waiver thereof unless the grounds therefore did not exist or the party was not aware of the grounds for the motion(s) prior to the time of filing such motion(s) after the exercise of reasonable diligence.
