Elliot A. Luchansky, CFA – Managing Partner
Michael J. Mazzeo – Partner
Prior to co-founding EEP, Elliot worked at Tradeweb Markets, a
leading global Financial Technology company that provides liquidity
to the fixed income and derivative markets. At Tradeweb, Elliot
held a variety of senior roles, including a senior operating role
within the company’s Tradeweb Retail business unit, where he was
instrumental in the transformation of the division – growing revenue
by over 150% annually while dramatically expanding its operating
margin. In his other roles at the company, Elliot’s responsibilities
included Investor Relations & Executive financial management
duties, launching numerous organic growth initiatives, and leading
numerous M&A transactions. Prior to Tradeweb, Elliot worked in
the M&A group at National Financial Partners where he closed 12
direct principal investments and 10 add-on acquisitions within the
insurance brokerage and wealth management market segments in
locations spread throughout the U.S. and Canada. Elliot has an
MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Managerial
Economics from Union College. He is a CFA Charterholder.
Prior to co-founding EEP, Michael worked with the CEO of a multibillion dollar electronic fixed income trading pioneer, Tradeweb
Markets. At Tradeweb, Michael worked with a variety of C-level
executives and drove multiple key initiatives relating to strategic
opportunities, pricing and sales strategy, key personnel /
compensation decisions, new-business and acquisition integration,
financial planning & analysis, and business operations. Michael
has an established track-record as an entrepreneur having founded
a New York-based Educational Services company that has
remained highly profitable since inception. Michael also worked
across three of Goldman Sachs’ most prestigious trading desks.
Michael holds a BS in Economics from Duke University, with a
minor in Education. He is the Chairman of Chance Academic
Advising, Inc. and is a New York licensed FINRA registered
general securities broker.
