Re-Certification Procedure:
1. Customer places a purchase order for Chomerics part number 97-CN-RE-CERT for material lot re-certification testing.
Test fee $250.00 US per lot, Pass or Fail. Typical lead time is two weeks after receipt of material.
2. Customer must send Chomerics one unopened container/kit of material from each material lot to be submitted for re-certification
3. Unopened container/kit of material is sent to Chomerics at the following address:

4. Material is tested and then a Test Report is sent to the customer via email.
5. If material passes, that lot of material’s shelf life is extended according to Table 1 from the original materials expiration date.
If material fails, no shelf life extension is given for that material’s lot
Note: Chomerics does not guarantee material sent back will pass material re-certification.
Material sent back to Chomerics for re-certification testing will not be returned to customer, and will be retained for Quality Control
purposes.
