If you are in pain:
Feldenkrais
exercises are gentle
and non-stressful.
However, some may
involve movements
that are not advised
if you are in acute
pain or have been
recently injured.
If this is the case, we recommend
that you schedule a private Feldenkrais
treatment and speak with one of
our Practitioners before taking part
in a class.
If you have mild discomfort, we
recommend the Basics Class. Before
class begins, please tell the teacher
about your physical limitations so they
can assist you. Make each movement
small, slow and easy. Rest often and
feel free to do the movements only
in your imagination.
