About Bocconi
•
Università Bocconi, was founded in 1902 in Milan with endowment by Fernandino Bocconi in
honor of his lost son, and the first Italian university to grant a degree in economics.

Biography organization Paolo Morosetti

Director of the Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management Department at SDA Bocconi
School of Management, Italy. Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management Department at
SDA Bocconi School of Management. He teaches courses in different executive and
masters programs and develops customized application-oriented initiatives for families in business.
His areas of expertise in applied research are corporate strategy, family strategy and governance, and
succession planning.
Paolo serves as non-executive director on the boards of multi-generational family businesses and chairs
the board of a eighth generation family business specialized in the textile industry. Since 2005 he has
served as an advisor about family business supporting succession planning.
Paolo regularly cooperates with the Italian chapter of the Family Business Network (Associazione Italiana
delle Aziende Familiari) supervising international relations, and he is member of the Family Firm Institute.
Biography organization Guido Corbetta

Guido Corbetta, 54 years old, is currently Full Professor of Corporate Strategy at
Bocconi University in Milano and he holds the chair AIdAF-EY of Strategic management in
family business at the same University.
Guido is the founder and scientific director of the largest Italian observatory of family businesses (more
than 3.000 firms) financed by AIdAF (Italian Association of Family Businesses), Chamber of Commerce of
Milan and Unicredit.
Guido is member of the Editorial Board of Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice and Family Business
Review.
In addition, Guido is board member of listed family companies Falck Renewables, Indesit, Tesmec, Fondo
Italiano di Investimento and of the holding companies of some other important Italian family controlled
companies.
He has been Dean of Bocconi Graduate School (2005-2010), founder and managing director
of the Center for research on Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurs at Bocconi University (2004-2009) and
President of the International Committee, Entrepreneurship Division, Academy of Management (20062008).
He obtained a PhD in Management from Bocconi University.
Biography organization Niclas Ahlström
• Niclas Ahlström, 30 years, is a Finnish and British citizen.
• He holds an MSc degree within International Management &
Strategy from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland.
• Niclas is a partner in Finland Connect, an independent business
hub, participating in business development, finance and trade projects
globally.
• Niclas is a fifth generation family member of the Ahlström industrial family
with over 160 years of business experience.

Laurent Knoops, 37 years old and a Dutch citizen, co-founded Rokade Consultancy B.V. in
The Netherlands in 2003, offering tax, legal, accountancy and payroll services.
Laurent co-founded International Trust Services B.V. offering management and domiciliation
services after having obtained a license from the Dutch Central Bank in 2009.
Laurent is resident partner of Brada Rokade Oy in Helsinki (Finland) since 2012, combining
the strength of two Dutch firms Rokade Consultancy B.V. and Brada LLP, offering tax,
legal and corporate finance service with offices in Rotterdam (The Netherlands), Amsterdam
(The Netherlands), New York (USA), Geneva (Switzerland) and Tel Aviv (Israel). Laurent focuses on
mergers & acquisitions plus corporate and tax structuring.
Laurent initiated the tax committee of the AmCham in Finland aiming to improve the Finnish business
environment by providing a networking forum and an advocacy platform for AmCham member companies.
Laurent co-founded Finland Connect Oy in Helsinki, an independent business hub, participating in
business development, finance and trade projects globally, aiming to put Finland on the global map.
Laurent is a business partner of Globalturk Capital
Laurent holds a master’s degree in law from the Erasmus University Rotterdam (Netherlands) specializing
in International Tax law.
