As Dalton was being escorted to a cruiser, he began yelling and leaning towards the
officer’s face. Dalton then slammed his head on the trunk of the cruiser several times
and then tried to throw himself on the ground. Officers secured him in the back of a
cruiser as he attempted to spit on them and kick the back widow of the cruiser out.
Dalton licked the window of the cruiser multiple times, attempted to spit on the officers
through the cruiser window called them “Pigs”.
When the officer began to transport Dalton to police headquarters he kept repeating the
word “Owe” as if he was feeling some type of pain. When the officer opened the window
to attempt to determine the problem, Dalton leaned forward to yell and attempt to spit
on him. Officers then escorted Dalton into the jail and as they passed the call box he
banged his head on it. Again, he attempted to spit on officers and his head had to be
held to prevent him from doing it again. He continued to try and injure himself while in
the jail by banging his head on the counter and throwing himself to the ground. At one
point he lost his balance and fell off the jail bench.
