Establised in 2011 at 40.230 m2 land area and 21.712 m2
factory area, P.T POP STAR that located at Jl.Nanjung
KM.3 No.99 Desa Lagadar Kec.margaasih West Java –
Indonesia.
Our company has developed rapidly and at the current more
than 400 employees at our factory sites with 19 Machines x 10
lines.
P.T. POP STAR is a company that produces garment for the
Global Market, with a competitive price.
Our company can produce various kinds of garment, in
various styles, apparel for Ladies with a total production
capacity that reaches 300.000 pieces per month.
In producing high quality products, our company is supported
by manpower who are experts in their ﬁeld. And our company
is bonded zone.
PRODUCTION JOB
FABRIC
▪ Inspection of 50% or more basically, depending
on the fabric and issues.
▪ 4-point system : inspection report & share with
ﬁeld managers
▪ Making the color shade bands by lot & shade, MR
& FQA to determine the best shade matching with
the body to all the trim for production.
▪ Submitting all sample lots for shrinkage by ironing
& washing(Lab)
FABRIC RELAXATION
▪ Fabric relax 24 hours before lay and 2 hours after
spreading/Spandex fabric block cut
and relax for 2 hours
INSPECTION
▪ In-line inspection of garments during production.
▪ Inspection for defects before ironing. : 2nd Garment
Inspection (Visual/Measurement inspection)
▪ After Ironing, 3rd Garment Inspection
▪ Box Audit before buyer audit or ﬁnal inspection.
TRIM
▪ 100% inspection of all trim and accessory for quality
and quantity.
▪ Making trim cards to all the department by style.
PRODUCTION JOB
CUTTING
▪ Cutting by shades & Numbering of all the panels.
▪ QC check of cut panels(i.e. Top/Middle/Bottom)
▪ 100% inspection of all embroidery/print
SEWING
▪ Keeping approved PP sample with comments & GSS
▪ Analyzing all the sewing processes and procedures.
▪ Updating all the sewers with new techniques and reﬁning their skills.
▪ End-line trimming of excessive threads.
MENDING ROOM
▪inspection
for fabric defect before ﬁnishing and packing.
PRODUCTION JOB
IRONING/FINISHING
▪ Inspection for defects before ironing.
▪ Ironing using outlines drawn on the table to make sure
that all the major specs are kept and to achieve the
best aesthetic of the garment.
▪ Teaching how and what techniques to use for different styles and fabrics.
PACKING & SHIPPING
▪ Attaching of all the necessary labels such as hang-tags,
size strips, and etc.
▪ Folding of the ﬁnished garments according to given standards.
▪ Boxing of the garments according to buyers instructions.
▪ Verifying all the ﬁnished boxes are correctly labeled and numbered.
▪ Make sure that the correct stickers are attached.
▪ Loading onto the container according to ship dates and buyers instructions.
