Signature unveils it’s iconic project—Maputo City Tower
Signature has partnered with the Government's Housing Promotion Fund
(FFH) in Maputo and has successfully
launched Maputo City Tower on 23
of April 2014.

Mozambique's Minister of Public
Works, H. E. Cadmiel Muthemba, on
Wednesday laid the first stone for the
construction of this 27 storey apartment block. This mixed use development building is designed to house 135
apartments, alongside commercial
space for offices & shops, leisure facilities which includes a swimming pool
gym, spa etc.
Budgeted at US$ 45 Million, the tower
is scheduled to be completed in 30
months.
On his part as FFH Chairman, Mr. Rui
Costa, said that the JV with Signature
Group's Sub-Saharan Africa subsidiary, Signature Africa Ventures Limited, will be known by the acronym
FFH-SAVL LDA, and will own
Maputo City Tower.

The construction of 1,200 affordable houses set rolling in Pemba
21st April 2014 marked the beginning of an integrated affordable
housing township in Pemba by
Signature Value Homes Limited,
the affordable housing & real estate

the Province of Cabo Delgado Sr.
Abdul Razak Noormomed, rolled
out the construction of affordable
houses in the city of Pemba in JV
with FFH.

construction of 1,200 houses to be
built in different phases in an area
of over 100 hectares of land.
The project includes development 2
BHK, 3BHK houses & apartments
with basic infrastructure such as
roads, electricity and water supply,
sewage treatment plant, public
parks and open green spaces.

Adequate areas are earmarked for
the development of social infrastructure, commercial and retail
facilities, schools, police post, library, fitness centers and indoor
games facility and worship places
for the sustainable integrated community development.
