About the Speakers 講者簡介:
Mr Gianni Cossar, Global Director Optics & Eyewear, GfK Retail & Technology Italy,
GfK Consumer Choices
Gianni Cossar, was born in Milan. He studied and worked in Italy, England, Ireland, USA
and Belgium developing international business expertise in Sales, Marketing & Retail
mainly within the Optics, Automotive Aftermarket and Consumer Electronics industries
(B2B & B2C). He worked in Multinational companies such as PPG Industries/ICI and
Ariston/Indesit.
Before joining GfK, Gianni was in Salmoiraghi & Viganò, the Italian leading retail chain in
the Optics/Eyewear business, where he handled Marketing, Licenses and Retail
Innovation. In GfK he is managing the global activities of the Optics & Eyewear Panel
worldwide, leading business development and geographical expansion as well as
ensuring the highest standards of quality to meet clients expectations.
Gianni holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Trinity College Dublin and
is a MCIM/Chartered Marketer through The Chartered Institute of Marketing, England;
he is the author of various management articles published in England and Italy . Gianni is
Visiting Professor at Sole 24 ore, Business School in Milan, for Master Program and
lecturer at International Business Conferences and Tradeshow.

Dario Lorizzo holds a degree in Statistics and Economics at the Bicocca University in
Milan and has a 5 years of experience in market research within GfK.
Dario main responsibilities in GfK are to enforce the existing international activities on
sunglasses and spectacle frames, as well as to expand GfK eyewear operations
worldwide.
Mr Raphael Rambeau, Collection Development Manager & Export Manager, Lafont
Paris
Mr Rambeau has been with Lafont Paris since 1997. He is currently the Collection
development manager in charge of running the production of the 2 collections per year
as well as the coordination between the parts and raw materials suppliers and the
factory. He has intensive skills in the manufacturing process of an optical frame and
sunglasses in acetate, metal and titanium. He works together with the artistic director in
the construction of the ranges.
Besides, Mr Rambeau also holds the title of Export Manager, managing and developing
the sales in 9 countries: Australia, New-Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan,
Hong-Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. He is In charge of training the sales force
and controlling the merchandising policy of agents and wholesalers.
