the Earth, Serena Ryder, Mother Mother, Monster Truck, Shad, Hawksley Workman, Yukon Blonde, The
Strumbella's, Paper Lions, and many more.... Located in magnificent Lion's Lookout Bowl, the natural beauty of the
setting will be enhanced by multiple refreshment services, local foodie and artisan vendors, and lighting and
elements to create an experience you and your family won't want to miss.
Local Business?? Patron of the Arts?? Coolest Music Fan in your office?? There are still lots of ways to align your
brand with the biggest music event Muskoka has seen. You can get involved as a Sponsor or a Vendor or a
Volunteer, or just plant yourself in front of the stage and enjoy the music. Tickets are still available, but the number
of weekend passes available is limited. These weekend passes offer a big savings from the day of ticket prices, and
they will sell out.
Get in touch with us and let us know how you want to get involved. Buy your Weekend Passes online at
www.muskokasound.com.
Let your friends from the city camp on your front yard and walk or bike with them over to the festival site. If you
arrive on foot or on a bike, you could win cool swag on the spot!
Shuttles will be circling day and night from designated parking areas. Leave your car, be entertained on the bus, and
be dropped off right near the gate.
We're working on an Upgrades VIP lounge that will be close to the stage & lots of other cool diversions for your kids!
There are lots of cool contests to win passes and VIP packages already in place through some of our sponsors.
Moose FM and Cogeco, Explorers Edge and HBR. Listen to Sounds Like Muskoka on 88.7 (HBR) every Friday @ 3:30
pm for a chance to win cool swag! Go to Moose FM booths, located at all the fun events around Muskoka, and fill
out a ballot to be eligible for 3 chances to win 3 Day Passes.
Muskoka Sound is a Sustainable event. Bring your own refillable water bottle and take advantage of free fresh spring
water on site!
Music, great food and drink, a beautiful setting, under the sun and stars, September 12 to 14. See YOU at Muskoka
Sound Music Festival!

enjoyed by many. This project is a joint venture between the Huntsville Train Station Society, The Huntsville and
Area Historical Society, The Huntsville Art Society and The Huntsville/Lake of Bays Chamber of Commerce. The
partner groups, known as the station masters, obtained an annual lease for the former CN Rail Station located at 1
Station Rd from the Town of Huntsville to operate the space as a Cultural Hub. The Huntsville Art Society is currently
showing their first member exhibit in this space under the new name of the Signal North Gallery. The space is open
every Wednesday to Sunday from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm and we encourage you to check it out and to send your
customers, staff and visitors to do the same.
12. GIRLFRIENDS’ GETAWAY WEEKEND – NOVEMBER 7-9, 2014
Planning is well under way for the eighth annual Girlfriends’ Getaway Weekend (GGW). This year we are enticing the
ladies with an exciting concert on Friday evening, and a Classic Rock double-bill dance party on Saturday night. Past
weekend headliners have included Chantal Kreviazuk, Jann Arden, Amanda Marshall, and Pat Benatar. This event has
grown from hundreds of participants to an annual attendance of several thousand out-of town visitors. Women of
all ages come to our community for a weekend of shopping, entertainment, and workshops. Accommodators,
restaurateurs, and merchants are encouraged to create events and packages that engage guests and offer them a
memorable experience. There are many opportunities to get involved – create a package, plan an event, buy an ad
in the official handbook, or become a sponsor. For details about how to get involved contact Leanne Fetterley,
Signature Event Coordinator at [email protected] or 705-789-4771 x 34.
