Story from Messy Church During the last Messy Church celebration, I asked the children to share with me some stories that Jesus told. Liam, aged 4, responded immediately and narrated the story of the Good Samaritan in great detail. He had been excited to find it in his “Jesus book” because he had heard it at the Messy Church before. (In fact, he had acted in a dramatization of the Good Samaritan.) Later, both he and his brother Jacob threw a tantrum in their car shouting that they didn’t want to leave Messy Church! It was lovely to see their passion. Nicola R.
