INTRODUCTION
SN International Powers, LLC’s (SNI) Brown Gas Generator
efficiently converts water into energy by electrolyzing water into
hydrogen and oxygen to make Brown Gas by using a patented
protrusion style electrolytic cell which enhances its electrolysis
efficiency by air cooling of a protruded electrode plate.
WHAT IS HHO WATER GAS
 HHO Water Gas:
 SNI’s HHO Water Gas Generator produces 1,860 Liter Gas from 1
liter of water and approx. 267 Liters per KWh
 SNI’s Water Gas is a patented, renewable, manmade fuel from
water and Water Gas is composed of 2H2 +2O.
 HHO Water Gas can be mixed with Fossil Fuels and Bio Fuels like
Coal, Furnace Oil, Wood and Rice Husk increasing energy
efficiency by 10-50% and reducing Pollutants (Emissions) by 8090% without major Infrastructure Cost

KEY STATISTICS
Fossil fuel-fired electric power plants constitute the largest source of
air pollution in the U.S. (Information based on real data from DOE
sources). Here are some striking facts about power plant pollution:
The U.S. uses fossil fuels to generate more than 2/3 of its
electricity. 51% is generated with coal, 15% is generated with natural
gas, and 3% is generated with petroleum.
In 1999, electric power plants produced approximately 2.2 billion
tons of carbon dioxide, 12 million tons of sulfur dioxide, and 7 million
tons of nitrogen oxides.
The average coal-fired power plant is only 1/3 efficient, meaning
2/3 of the energy in the fuel is wasted.
On average, power plants that are subject to New Source Review
requirements emit much less sulfur dioxide per megawatt-hour of
energy produced.

ADVANTAGES OF HHO FOR WELDING WORK:
1. Operation is convenient:
The Brown Gas Generator / HHO Gas Generator produce oxyhydrogen gas and gas cylinder is no longer required. Live Feed: Turn
Generator on and immediately produce HHO Gas and turn
Generator off when finished cutting. Machine will shut down
automatically when the gas pressure is too high (e.g., if gas output is
not used). Machine will turn on automatically when the gas pressure is
too low. The gas output is adjustable on all Generators.
2. Welding is fast:
The Hydro Oxygen flame temperature is high, up to 2800 degree, it
can heat the welding spot to melting point very quickly (in less than 2
seconds) to finish welding.

APPLICATIONS
Premix Combustion System with PG and Liquid Fuel
Small amount of moisture which is generated from the Brown Gas
Generator, Brown Gas and Liquid fuel are premixed in the premix
nozzle.
While burning, most of the moisture caught in liquid fuel is exploded
because of hot temperature and division of liquid fuel into small mist.

immediately after machine is switched on. No gas cylinder used which
can rupture or explode. --Multiple safety devices, including
overheating and insufficient water cut-off switches, will automatically
turn off power to insure the safety of both equipment and user.

4. High Temperature & high-energy -- Calorific value is
34000Kcal/kg. -- The Oxy-hydrogen flame temperature is over
2800c, it is straight, less heat loss and highly efficient. It can melt
refractory metals and none-metals
