Valve inserts for radiators with integrated distributor Thermostat connection M 30 x 1.5 Technical information Das Qualitätsmanagementsystem von Oventrop ist gemäß DIN-EN-ISO 9001 zertifiziert. Tender specification: Oventrop valve inserts for radiators with integrated distributor and connection thread G 1⁄2 Technical data: Operating temperature ts: Max. operating pressure ps: Max. differential pressure: 2 °C up to 120 °C (for short periods up to 130 °C) 10 bar 1 bar Models: Item no.: Type GH with 6 presetting values Range of setting visible from outside, presetting by use of the tool, item no. 118 39 61 with front connection 101 80 80 with front connection for reversed supply and return pipe 164 80 77 with seat diameter 16 H 11 101 80 82 with internal O-ring 101 80 83 Valve inserts for radiators with integrated distributor M 30 x 1.5 M 30 x 1.5 SW 19 SW 13 SW 19 2014 Oventrop 14.4 14.4 40.6 (58) 43.6 (55) (48.4) Dimensions: Type GH, item no. 101 80 80/164 80 77, 101 80 82 and 101 80 83 M 30 x 1.5 M 30 x 1.5 SW 19 SW 14 M 30 x 1.5 SW 19 SW 14 SW 19 SW 14 12 (53) Other valve inserts for radiators are planned. The connection thread for the thermostat is M 30 x 1.5. All Oventrop thermostats of the series “Uni XH”, “Uni CH”, “Uni LH”, “Uni SH” and “vindo TH” may be used. Please ensure that fitting the inserts must be made under clean conditions. Screw valve insert into the radiator and tighten with a 19 mm box spanner (tightening torque approx. 35 Nm). Type GH: Setting 6 of type GH corresponds to the normal setting (factory setting). The hydronic values correspond to those of the insert 4324-03.300 of the company Heimeier. Set type GH to the required presetting by using a 13 mm spanner or the Oventrop presetting key, item no. 118 39 61. The required setting must be in line with the marking. The flow ranges succeed uninterrupted, intermediate positions are neither required nor permissible. Type GHF: The inserts type GHF are supplied in open position. The hydronic values correspond to those of the Oventrop valves “Series F”. Set type GHF to the required presetting by using the Oventrop presetting key, item no. 118 07 91. The operating fluid should be in accordance with the latest technical development (e.g. VDI 2035 – Avoidance of damage to hot water heating systems).
