JMAC TPM Company, previously JIPM-Solutions, has been supporting the Toyohashi plant in its TPM activities for over 5 years. Mitsubishi Rayon has been utilising TPM activities to deliver high quality products while simultaneously eliminating losses from their production processes at all of their production facilities. Mikuni Partec, Makinohara Plant TPM Excellence Award, Category A-certified plant Mikuni Partec, part of the Mikuni group, is a major supplier of engine parts to the automotive industry. A visit to this plant will be beneficial for those participants that choose to undertake the Lean Production System lecture and practical. TPM deployment at this plant has been certified with the TPM Excellence Award certification from the Japan Institute of Plant Management (JIPM). TPM Knowledge Sessions These sessions will cover Total Production Management/Total Production Maintenance - from the basics & core pillars - with participants able to learn about strategies for successful TPM implementation throughout an organization. The focus of this sessions will be on understanding the essence of TPM as well as having the opportunity to discuss advanced TPM acitivites and case studies. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and participate in discussions with experienced TPM trainers and consultants. Lean Production System: Lecture, Practical & Hands-on Training At the GPS Training Center, participants will attend a two-day Lean Production System program of lectures, practicals and hands-on training. This training center is renowned throughout Japan and the world and personnel from various companies, including some of the largest Japanese companies, have trained their staff here. Combined with the TPM Knowledge Sessions, this is an opportunity to immerse yourself and learn what your colleagues in Japan are also learning.
