Underrättelser för sjöfarande (Ufs) is an official Swedish
Affected charts
publication which provides information pertaining to shipping

in the Baltic Sea Area and Kattegat, as well as Skagerrak
east of a line drawn between Hanstholm and Lindesnes.

significant occurrences which may affect Swedish charts.
Ufs is thus wholly unsuited for the purpose of keeping BAcharts and/or other national charts updated.

All observations concerning floating aids to navigation, unlit
beacons and lights, objects adrift or any other occurrence
which may have a detrimental impact on safety at sea are to

opportunity.

The printed version of Ufs A 2014 is available at chart agents.
The annual publication Ufs A contains information of value to commercial shipping, recreational boating, authorities
and individuals associated with shipping.

All pleasure craft are prohibited from entering the water area on Strömmen (Area 1) between Skeppsbron and
Skeppsholmen during the time periods above.
Time: 28 June between 11.30 LT and 30 mins after last starting entry (not later than 14.00 LT) and 29 June between
09.30 LT and 30 mins after last starting entry (not later than 15.00 LT)
All vessels are prohibited from entering the starting area (Area 2) during the above time periods.
Additionally, with the exception of vessels operating on a fixed schedule, all vessels are also prohibited from entering
the larger water area (Area 3) between Strömmen and Fjäderholmarna during this time.
Time: 29 June between 20.30 till 30 mins after last starting entry (not later than 23.00 LT).
All vessels are prohibited from entering the water area (Area 4) east-southeast of Sandhamn.
Officiating vessels and sailing yachts taking official part in the event are exempted from the above restrictions.
