Our junior memberships are open for 11–15 year olds and includes the gym and swimming. The gym is open to juniors at the following times; Tues – Fri 4.00pm–5.30pm and Sat – Sun 2.00pm–5.00pm. Every 6 - 8 weeks thereafter members may request a review, which will ensure their programme continues to be effective and motivating. The Centre also offers a range of other services - for example diet and nutrition advice or fitness tests. Please make an appointment with one of the REPs registered staff who are qualified to assist. Health Suite & Changing Facilities Exercise Classes There are three exercise studios running more than 70 classes every week. Experienced and highly qualified instructors ensure a great experience within a group exercise environment. The variety of classes aim to include something that will suit everyone. Enjoy Body Pump, Body Jam, Body Combat, Body Attack or Body Balance as well as Zumba, Spinning, Yoga, Pilates, Circuits, Aerobics and Aquacise. Personal Trainers can educate and motivate members, on a one to one or group basis, and help to achieve goals in record time all in our exclusive rehab and personal training studio. Little Leagues CRECHE A crèche runs within the fitness facility and this enables members to enjoy some time for themselves whilst their children play in the relaxed surroundings of the Ofsted registered crèche.
