Cycle I teachers will be located in the Terry Fox Gym, while Cycle II teachers will be located in Gym II. Teachers who teach cross-cycle may be in the opposite gym. A diagram with teacher locations will be available at either end of the Great Hall. Note that the interview format is “Open Interviews” and not pre-scheduled interview times. In order to meet with as many parents as possible, we try to respect a 7min per family time frame. On Thursday November 20th, the interviews begin at 4:15pm and run until 6:00pm. From 6:00-7:00pm there is a supper break. Interviews resume at 7:00pm and end for the evening at 9:00pm. On Friday November 21st, interviews begin at 8:30am and end at 10:00am. From 10:00am to 1:00pm pre-scheduled group interviews will take place. All administrators (Mrs. Fraser - grade 7 & 8, Mr. Angelitti - grade 9 and SE, Mrs. Luther - grade 10, and Mrs. Leroux - grade 11 or other) will be present and available during the interview process should you have any questions or concerns. Parking can be a challenge. Know that the City of Pointe Claire is vigilant in monitoring parking regulations. Please do not park in the fire lanes adjacent to the building. The fine is now $130.00!
