1. IMR modes.
IMR stands for Immune Mismatch response.
What 3 ways do we come in contact with substances that we may react to?

When is something called an allergen?
When immune systems react inappropriately to one or more substances that, for most
people, are usually harmless.
What is an antigen?
A substance an immunologist terms that is inhaled, ingested or contact causing
reactions.
What is an antibody?
Is what the body produces in response to an antigen.
What may happen if the immune system forms antibodies to some of the body’s own
tissues?
It can attack an organ or cause a more generalized illness.
PKP avoids 2 words ALLERGY and HYPERSENSITIVITY and uses the term IMR
instead. Why?
Because the words are the province of MDs, Allergists, immunologists and clinical
ecologists.
Why do we test a substance against everyone of the PKP,IMR modes?
Difficult to distinguish reliably between the modes .if one shows an IM change, do a
balance or avoid that food.
What is the function of the immune system?
The body’s own security service which guards against subversion on the inside
(eg.cancer cells) and invasion form the outside (eg.against viruses).

3.Toxic-General Cleanse.
Name 3 simple cleanses: Increase water, increase fibre, juice fast.

Give examples of specific cleanses could include herbals , vitamins, oxygenated colon
therapy for large intestine, beetroot juice for liver, coffee enemas for liver, lemon juice
and olive oil for gall bladder.

Explain the process of cleansing.
Could include such answers as giving the body a rest from constantly processing food,
