Wagyu Beef
Wagyu beef is the most revered beef in the world due to its high
marbling and melt in your mouth quality.The high marbling contributes
markedly not only to tenderness and juiciness but importantly to taste,
making Wagyu a cut above the rest. It has a high percentage of
monounsaturated fat and contains more omega 6 per grams than any
other food 30 more than other breed of cattle.Thus Wagyu is a healthier
superior tasting beef. Nikuya only uses Wagyu with a marble score of 6+.
Kurobuta Pork
Kurobuta pork comes from an ancient breed of pig known as Black
Berkshire. It is the most highly acclaimed pork owing to its distinct rich
flavour and extreme juiciness.
