It features advanced security standards and Gigabit Ethernet, which ensures compatibility with multiple TouchLink® Pro touchpanels using today’s network infrastructure. It can be used as either a stand-alone control processor or as a secondary control processor in a larger system when paired with an IPCP Pro control processor and Global Configurator Professional. SPECIFICATIONS DESCRIPTION The Extron IPL Pro S6 is a compact, high-performance control processor with six bidirectional serial ports. It features faster processing, more memory, and Gigabit Ethernet, which ensures compatibility with today's network infrastructure. In addition to faster network connectivity, the IPL Pro S6 supports the latest network security standards, making it ideal for military or other sensitive applications. MEMORY The IPL Pro S6 is designed to be used as a stand-alone control processor in systems configured with Global Configurator Plus or Professional. It may also be grouped with an IPCP Pro control processor in more complex systems configured with Global Configurator Professional. This powerful control processor can communicate with multiple TouchLink® Pro touchpanels using standard network infrastructure. ETHERNET CONTROL The IPL Pro S6 is compatible with GlobalViewer® Enterprise software for complete, centralized AV resource monitoring, management, and control over a computer network.
