Soul Evolution
Shame is toxic and
deadly. From a spiritual
perspective, shame slows
down the soul’s vibration.
This slower vibration keeps
each human person from
fulfilling their greatest
destiny of love, compassion,
understanding, and soul
evolution. Shame is unpleasant to talk about and to
experience. For those who have lived with it all of their
lives, shame can be scary to acknowledge, heal, and
integrate.
According to research professor Brené Brown, Ph.D.,
LMSW, shame is traumatic. It needs to be talked
about, and to be claimed. Over the course of the past
decade studying vulnerability, courage, worthiness,
and shame, Dr. Brown found that shame resides in the
body. Meredith hardee says, “As healing people and
gladiators for HP, our purpose is to awaken the mystic
within ourselves. Therefore, we must address and heal
shame.”
Please join in the exciting journey of healing the
shame that prevents the soul from living a life worth
experiencing.
Meredith Hardee, MS, LPC, Spiritual Advisor, has
been with Caron Treatment Centers Pennsylvania
since 2000. She brings her knowledge of traditional
faith alternatives to the recovering community.

Toltec, and other spiritual beliefs, as well as
implemented guided meditations for patients.
Additionally, she launched a successful voluntary
spiritual group for men’s extended care treatment.
Meredith has played an important role with the HIV
retreats by providing spiritual workshops and support.
Meredith holds a Masters in Pastoral Counseling from
Neumann College in PA and is currently pursuing her
Ph.D. Meredith’s training includes Gestalt therapy,
AACII, Clinical Pastoral Education (hospital ministry),
plus training in alternative healing methods. She is
passionate about the awakening of the soul, helping
others understand soul language, and unconditional
love.

“You Trust More Than You Think You Do”
Name_________________________________________________________________________________________
Austin Houghtaling, Ph.D.
Address_______________________________________________________________________________________
Clinical Director for the Breakthrough Program
City_________________________________________________________ State_______ Zip__________________
At Breakthrough we often hear people say, “I
don’t trust anybody.” Addressing the inaccuracy
of this statement will help create a building block
for relational growth and stronger recovery.
Recognizing trust as a choice and increasing our
awareness of how much we already trust around
us, we can empower ourselves to get out of this old
story. This workshop will help you develop a new
story of connection, hope, and faith.
“Dare to Dream”
Yali Harrari
Executive Director of Caron’s REACH Program
What is our real passion? What are the core values
we live by? Can we combine all of it together?
The answer is “Yes,” and it’s a journey of uncovering
your potential and living your uniqueness. We all
have gifts that can be incorporated into all areas
of our lives. What are those gifts? Can a current
job become a calling, a passion become a career?
Some of us find ourselves questioning, “What is our
purpose? What is our purposeful career?” How do
we identify our gifts personally and professionally?
This workshop will help you reveal some of your
dreams, your vision for your professional life, and
identify some of the blocks in your way.
“The Presence of Intuition”
Molly Kauffman, RYT, IYT
Fitness & Wellness Specialist/Integrative Yoga Therapist at Caron
Overanalyzing, lack of clarity, investing in the
outcome rather than turning things over, and
experiencing a loss of energy are all signs our lives
are out of balance and we are distanced from our
intuition. Reconnect with wholeness, move into
a relaxed energy flow, and tap into your inner
wisdom through this workshop. Together we will
find that right here, right now, we are exactly where
we need to be for our greatest growth. Bring along
comfortable clothing and an open mind. All are
welcome!
