The DPC constituted vide G.O.Ms.No.317 Rev(Ser-I) Dept, dt.15.05.2012 has met on 31.01.2014
at 9.30 A.M to consider the names of eligible Dy.Tahsildars for being promoted to the post of Tahsildar
for the ad-hoc panel of Tahsildar for the year 2013-2014 by transfer. Since adequacy of representation of
SCs and STs has been reached, the need to follow the rule of reservation did not arise. There were no
candidates from VH,PH,OH & HH category.
The names of the following Dy.Tahsildars are recommended for inclusion in the ad-hoc Tahsildar
panel for the year 2013-2014.

The above ad-hoc panel shall be subject to the result/outcome of WP No 6150/13 & 2073/13
filed by Sri B Rammohan Dy Tahsildar and T Anand Kumar Dy Tahsildar respectively, OA No 2500/13 filed
by Dy Tahsildars of Nalgonda, OA No 8317/12, with VMA No 899/13 filed by Dy Tahsildars of Warangal,
OA No 2616/13, 2932/13,3023/13 filed by Dy Tahsildars of Mahabubnagar and Nalgonda district and OA
No 3090/2011 filed by Dy Tahsildars of Ananthapur district respectively and also out come of other cases,
if any, pending in the appropriate various Courts. District allotment orders to the above individuals will be
issued separately. The District Collectors are advised to display the list in the notice board of the
Collectorate, Offices of the RDOs and Tahsildars.
