KSE Case Conference 座長 Jae-Kwan Song (University of Ulsan College of Medicine) 大木崇（国立病院機構東徳島医療センター） 座長の言葉 Echocardiography is an attractive, noninvasive, and initial imaging method for evaluating the structural and functional abnormalities in patients with cardiovascular disease. This modality enables an accurate diagnosis of interesting cases by using comprehensive technique, including conventional, tissue Doppler, and 2D speckle-tracking echocardiography compared with other diagnostic tools. Case reports contribute to many patients that may be profound with the potential to result in various pathways of clinical progress in cardiology. Therefore, it is our pleasure to open the case conference by sharing knowledge and experience with familiar members of Korean and Japanese Society of Echocardiography. We are looking forward to discussing rare and educational cases during KSE Case Conference.
