Kiwanis Club of Ottawa
“To Serve Kiwanis with Integrity, Commitment and Dedication”
My Fellow Kiwanians,
Our District created the new position of Vice Governor at the
Barbados Convention in 2012. This position will allow the successful
candidate the opportunity to serve along with the Governor Elect
and Governor on the Board of Trustees and aligns our District with
Kiwanis International operations.

Alors que notre district grossit et évolue, nous continuerons de mettre en
place le nouveau plan stratégique approuvé par le conseil
d’administration et les anciens gouverneurs en 2013. Nous avons
maintenant un plan avant-gardiste pour le District et le nouveau model de
gouvernance renforcira notre district dès maintenant et pour les années à
venir, ce qui permettra aux clubs et aux divisions de grossir leurs rangs et
de prospérer grâce à un plan d’action axé sur la croissance et la rétention
de nos membres. Nous continuons à faire des progrès significatifs dans des
secteurs comme l’éducation de nos clubs et de nos membres, la finance
et la visibilité En mettant en pratique ces nouvelles stratégies, nous ferons
un impact significatif dans nos communautés alors que nous serons plus
efficaces ‘Au Service des enfants du Monde’.

We need to light a fire in our clubs and members to re-dedicate
ourselves to our cause. By improving communication between
clubs, Divisions and the District Board, we can grow and prosper
and truly make a difference in the lives of our children and
grandchildren. Let’s all come together to accomplish this now. I
am committed to you and Kiwanis to helping the children of the
world, “one child, one community” at a time.
It is with great humility that I ask for your support to elect me to the
newly created position of Vice-Governor 2014/15 of our great
Kiwanis District of Eastern Canada & the Caribbean.





