The Workforce Partnership of Greater Rhode Island (WPGRI) and Workforce Solutions of
Providence/Cranston (WSPC) are pleased to announce the issuance of the 2014 Request for
Proposals (RFP) for Youth Workforce Services funded under Job Development Funds (JDF)
from the Governor’s Workforce Board RI.
This RFP will include 2014 Summer Employment Programs.
The Legal Notice enclosed will appear in the Providence Journal on February 16, 2014

Job Development Funds (JDF) from the Governor’s Workforce Board RI.

SCOPE OF SERVICES for Summer Youth Work Experience Programs
The scopes of services solicited through this Request-for-Proposals (RFP) are:
A Work Readiness component which, at minimum, covers the areas defined in the RFP and
A Work Experience component as defined in the RFP
Documentation of program eligibility, tracking of program activities, attainments, credentials
and outcomes.
