PW-ES-014-059: NANTICOKE WATER TREATMENT PLANT UPGRADES
The following is provided to bidders as additional information and/or clarification and/or in
response to questions.
This Addendum forms part of the Contract Documents and amends the original Drawings and
Specifications. Ensure that all affected parties are aware of the items noted and include any
and all cost impacts in the Tender submission.
SPECIFICATIONS

SECTION 01340 – SHOP DRAWINGS, PRODUCT DATA AND SAMPLES
NOTE: In response to inquiries from contractors and potential suppliers specific
reference is made to 01340, Article 5.6. As noted in 01340, Article 5,
alternatives proposed by the contractor following award of tender will be
considered on an individual basis. Alternatives will be evaluated at the sole
discretion of the Owner based on cost, technical, or schedule advantages.
