MALAYSIA 4D/3N LASIK MEDICAL TOUR
DAY 1: KLIA –PUTRAJAYA - OPTIMAX EYE SPECIALIST CENTRE - GENTING
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be greeted and subsequently taken to tour around Putrajaya which served as the
Federal Administrative Centre of Malaysia to visit some of the below mentioned attractions :
a. Putrajaya Pink Mosque
b. Perdana Putra (Prime Minister’s Office)
c. Putra Bridge
Lunch will be provided in Putrajaya. After lunch, you will be taken to Optimax Eye Specialist Centre in Taman Tun Dr Ismail
(TTDI) for Eye Specialist Medical check-up.
Estimated around 1700hrs, we shall head towards Genting Highland. Dinne rwill be served in Goh tong Jaya [Genting Foot
Hill]. After dinner, you will be heading to First World Hotel in Resorts World Genting. After check-in hotel in Genting, the
entire night is Free and Easy.
Remark:
1. Arrival to airport must be arranged in the morning
2. Wear sunglasses when you’re outdoor after the eye examination
3. Bring sweater as average temperature in Genting Highland is around 19 degree Celsius at night

Day 2: GENTING - BATU CAVES - NATIONAL PALACE - KLCC TWIN TOWERS - PREMIUM CHOCOLATE OUTLET - SALOMA

Have breakfast in First World Hotel at 0800 hrs. Check-out at 0900 hrs and depart from Genting to Kuala Lumpur and we
shall visit the following:
a. Batik Factory, opposite Batu Caves
b. Batu Caves, Kuala Lumpur
Then, we will have our vegetarian lunchin Batu Cave area itself and continue our journey to the following attractions:
c. National Palace, Jalan Duta (Istana Negara)
d. KLCC Petronas Twin Towers (Inclusive Sky bridge entrance fee)
e. Premium Chocolate outlet in MaTic

At around 1900 hrs, we will have dinner at Saloma Theatre Restaurant and enjoy Malaysia Cultural Performance in Malaysia
Tourism Center (MaTic) of Jalan Ampang. Estimated to end around 2200 hrs, you will check-in to One World Hotel in
Petaling Jaya.

DAY 3: PETALING JAYA - KUALA LUMPUR COACH TOUR - MERDEKA SQUARE - THEAN HOU TEMPLE - EYE SPECIALIST
HOSPITAL - PETALING JAYA
Breakfast will be served in Hotel.You will then leave the hotel at 0900 hrs to:
a. KL City Coach Tour (Sight Seeing: Eg: Bukit Bintang area , Pavillion, Starhill , Time Square)
b. KL City Gallery at Merdeka Square
c. TheanHou Temple, Kuala Lumpur
Estimated around 1230 hrs, we will depart from Kuala Lumpur and have a short tour in Kota Damansara Township while
having your lunch nearby. After lunch, you will be transferred to Optimax Eye Specialist Centre in Taman TunDr Ismail (TTDI)
at 1400 hrs for your eye(s)ReLex SMILE LASIK surgery. Your family can either choose to accompany you for the procedure,
or have a walk in 1 Utama Shopping Mall. Once the surgery is completed, you and your family will be transferred back to
hotel for resting. Dinner will be on your own, preferable indoor as it is advisable not to go to smoky and dusty area after the
surgery.
Remark:
1. Wear sunglasses when you’re outdoor after the surgery
2. Do not rub your eyes
3. Do not go swimming for a month or engage in any outdoor sports
4. Do not wear eye makeup for a week

DAY 4: PETALING JAYA - EYE SPECIALIST HOSPITAL - KLIA
You will have your breakfast in the hotel and check out hotel at 0900 hrs. Then, you’ll be heading to Optimax Eye Specialist
Centre (TTDI) for a final check-up before departing for KLIA .

1. The tour package confirmation is subject to availability of accommodation and transportation.
2. The quoted tour package price above are Nett and non commissionable.
3. A 50% non refundable deposit payment is required upon confirmation. The balance of remaining payment to be
remitted latest 14 days prior to arrival.
4. Refund policy is applicable for full payment only
i)
Cancellation > 30 days in written notice – 50% of full payment
ii)
Cancellation between 15 to 30 days in written notice – 25% of full payment
iii)
Cancellation less than 15 days – Non refundable
5. Tour package is transferable only once to another person with a written notice 1 week before departure.
6. We do not cover any additional charges other than those stated in the quotation. Tourists are responsible to settle any
outstanding bill before checking out of the hotel.
7. If any tourist leave the tour group on their own accord, we would not be held liable in the event of any unfortunate
incident that might happen to the tourist.
8. The tour package is inclusive of a Mandarin or an English speaking Tourist Guide.

Advise before and after LASIK: By Professional
1. LASIK age group: Strictly between 18 to 50 years old
2. You are requested to remove your contact lens 14 days before the check-up date.
3. Have someone to drive you home after LASIK. You won’t be able to see clearly enough to drive.
4. Wear sunglasses when you’re outdoors – your eyes may be sensitive to bright light until they heal.
5. Don’t rub your eyes as this may delay or prevent the healing of cornea. Donot return to work until your
ophthalmologist says it’s ok (usually in a day or two after the operation)
6. Call your ophthalmologist if you notice intense pain 24 hours or more after treatment, discharge, redness, irritation or
blurred vision.
7. Don’t drive until you have clear vision

8. Don’t go swimming, sit in hot tub, play active sports or wear eye makeup until you’re cleared to do so by your
ophthalmologist.
