Before joining Randstad he was General Manager for Stanley Security, part of Stanley Black & Decker, in Portugal and Italy. From 2003 to 2010 he was CEO of Imperalum, a leading manufacturer of specialty construction products. Before that he spent 14 years at Dow Chemical Company, where he had the opportunity to work and live in different countries. Graduated in Civil Engineering from ISEL in Lisbon, José Miguel complemented his training with executive programs at INSEAD and IMD Business School. Currently he is Managing Director of Randstad Portugal.
