Celebrates 60 Years BOISE, IDAHO—J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. is celebrating 60 years of business in 2014. The firm originated in Nampa, Idaho in 1954 when founders, Sumner M. Johnson and Robert W. Underkofler formed a consulting engineering partnership. In 1962, William W.
