Orla Hugueniot (BSc RPHNutr Dipsc) is a
Kool Fuel for Kids 5 to 8 years old. Two day
program over the school holidays for parents
and their 5 to 8 year olds on nutrition and
exercise. Parents will learn strategies to
encourage their children.
Getting ready for primary school. Set the
best routines for bedtimes and breakfasts.
What to do about school lunches. When to
get your child’s vision, hearing and teeth
checked.
Circle of security for parents and carers of
children 0 to 4 years. Increase enjoyment,
connection and security between You and
your child by learning to understand your
children’s emotional needs.
Language Development for parents of
children 0 to 3 years. The Sydney Children’s
speech pathology department is presenting
a workshop to parents on language
development for children 0 to 3.
Home Made Play. Explore how to foster
your child’s play, learning, imagination and
creativity using everyday things at home and
outdoors.
Music and Movement Workshop for
Indigenous Families (18 months to 5 years).
This group uses musical instruments to
explore rhythm to expand imagination and
creativity. Parents participate.
