table below from "D" Class. "C" Class. "B" Class. *W' Class. Contractors registered with the State Government and
contractor of equivalent grade class registered with Central t i-wernment!MLS Railways tier execution of COA]posite
works i.e. Civil works / P.H. Works and E.I. Works (Only fur S1. No 2). Hie proof of registration from the appropriate
authorit\ shall he enclosed \cith the Bid.

3. Bid documents including the schedule of quantities, the set of terms and conditions of contract and other
necessary documents can be seen in the website : hlt ps: tendersorisst ov_in.
4. Bids must be accompanied by Earnest Monev deposit'( ;id Security of tit: amount specified fi ^ r the work in the
table col.5 above, pledged in favour of Project Administ r ator, I-I'DA, Kuchinda as specified for the work at
Col.-03 above and will have to be in any one of the forms as specified in the bidding documents.
5. The Bid documents i^ ill be available iri the wehsitc : https:;tendersorissa .gov.in from 11.00 A.M. of
24.01.201 4 to 3.00 P.M . of 05.1)2.2014 for online bidding.
6. The Bidder must possess compatible Digital Signature Certifict to (DSC) of Class-II or Class-III.
7. Bids shall be received only through " on line" on or before 3. 00 P.M. of 05 . 02.2014.
8. Bids received on line shall be opened at 10.00 A . M. of 07.02 . 2014 in the office of the Project Administrator,
I.T.D.A., Kuchinda in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. The docuntents
submitted earlier through E - Tender must be produce d ill original along with all attested Xerox
copy of all the on line docuntents . should be deposited by the bidders or their representatives on
dated . 06.02 . 2014 during the office hour i.e . from 1(1.00 A . M to 5.00 P .M. If the office happens to be
closed on the date of opening of the bids as specified, the bids will he opened oil the next working day as per the
scheduled time and venue.
9. If the bidders or his representatives fails to produce the original documents. EMD in shape of
NSC'TDR'KVP/Fixed deposit receipt of Nationalised Bank Postal Deposit (as per table col.no.5) and the cost
tender paper in shape of demand draft (as per table col.no.6) his hid shall not he taken into consideration.
10. The cost of hid documents including VAT shall he deposited in shape of demand draft of any Nationalised
Scheduled Bank duly pledged in favour of Project Administrator, I.T.D.A.. Kuchinda ( as per table col. no.6).
11. The tenderer should deposit the AL'S (Additional Professional Security) at the time of submission of tender in
shape of NSC TDR; KVP!Fixed deposit receipt of Nationalised Bank pledged in favour of Project Administrator,
ITDA, Kuchinda.
12. If the tenderer quoted more than 10% less. he'she should submit his her "Critical Analysis" with the
tenderer hid
13. Financial instrument such as cost of hid document and bid security in original shall have to he deposited in the
office of Project Administrator, I.T.D.A.. Kuchinda in between the date and time of closing and opening of the
tender on working days, failing which the bids shall he summarily rejected. Non submission of cost of bid
document and bid security within the stipulated period shall debarred from participating in the online bidding
system and his portal registration shall be cancelled. I Iis Hanle shall also be infi0rnled to the registering authority
for cancellation of his registration.
14. The tenderers vvho have not pct completed their previous works awarded to them by this office in stipulated
time period shall not he consider to participate in this tender process. Even also the Contractors whose agreement
time is over and not applied for extension of time for the previous works of ITDA. Kuchinda shall he debarred
from the E-Procurement tender process.
I 5.The Contractors whose agreement have been cancelled due to non-execution of work within the stipulated time
for the previous works of ITDA, Kuchinda shall also be debarred from the E-Procurement tender process.
16. The Engineer Contractor should furnish necessary affidavit and certificate for exemption of E,x1D.
17. Other details can be seen in the bidding documents.
18. The rate quoted by the bidder is less than 15% of the tendered amount shall he rejected as per Amendment of
Codal 'C'ontractual provisions vide Letter No.1 2366iw dt.S. 11.2013.
19. During finalization of tender office memorandum No.12366!w dt.08.11.13 shall be strictly followed &
necessary action shall be initiated accordingly.
20. The authority reserves the ri^cht to cancel am or all bids %^ ithout assigning any reasons.
