V. Coated fabrics: Funding arrangement of recycling The IVK and its members have arranged an agreement for recycling, which is listed chronologically hereafter: 1. A Customer of a producer of coated fabrics has waste, which has to be recycled. 2. The waste owner informs one of our recycling partners and requests a quotation. 3. The recycler offers the waste owner a price for recycling. 4. The waste owner places an order to the agreed price by e-mail, fax or letter. 5. The waste owner organizes the transportation of waste to the recycling partner and is responsible for paying the freight costs. 6. The recycler processes the waste and sends the waste owner an invoice at the agreed price. 7. The waste owner pays for the recycling initially and receives a subsidy from the supplier at the end of the year. 8. The waste owner informs the supplier by sending a copy of the invoice and a voucher for payment. 9. The supplier collects these invoice copies and corresponding vouchers. 10. The supplier maintains a list of all recycling processes for each member. 11. The IVK member receives a partial reimburse for the invoices paid by the member. 12. The customers of our members can receive a support for their recycling of up to 20 % of their procured quantities. 13.
