The compact calibration machine consists of a static arc simulator with digital meter for voltage and current measurement
such as optional the digital hand tachometer (HT) for optical and mechanical measurement of wire speed.
The device is suitable for all standard welding machines.
KLS 600 allows to measure in welding output 6-600 A. The circuit can be extended to 1200 A (KLS 1200) by the parallel use of
a second modul A 600.
The instrumentation is suitable for calibration and validation of MIG/MAG-electrode- TIG-submerged arc-welding machines. KLS 600
can also be used to test of welding machines. The load resistance is excellent use for test repaired welding power sources, e.g.
for duty cycle and stability test. The device is essential for modern welding machine service.
The device technology meets the requirements for measuring instruments for calibration and validation of welding machines.
Measurements with KLS 600 and KLS 1200 are compliant according norms DIN IEC 60974, EN 50504, DIN EN -ISO 17662,
3EN-ISO 17662, DIN EN ISO 9001/9002, DIN EN 1090, DIN ISO 383-2, DVS 0714 and DVS 3009.
