Subject: As you are aware that the work of IT plan Implementation is in progress. 2. To make the users aware about handling the application, training for 5-6 days is to be imparted by System Integrator (SI) at Panchkula, Karnal, Hisar and Gurgaon. During the training, the Handholding of the module alongwith exposure to working on Live Environment shall be provided. 3. It is to inform that the training on Substation Module at Conference Hall, o/o SE/TS Karnal, Shakti Bhawan, Kunjpura Road Karnal will commence from 8.12.2014 (Monday) for 1st batch and from 15.12.2014 (Monday) for 2nd batch. As per directions of Managing Director, HVPNL it was desired that concerned SSE Incharge of the substation be also present during the training to staff. 4. The training has been scheduled in two weeks by picking up two persons in first week and remaining two persons in next week. The end users have been identified as per feedback provided by concerned AEE/AE of TS and M&P Wings. The detailed training schedule for Week-1 and Week-2 is attached herewith for reference (Annexure-A and Annexure-B). It is requested that the officers/officials mentioned in the enclosed training schedule may be directed to report in respective Training centers at 9.15 AM on 8.12.2014 for Week -1 and on 15.12.2014 for Week-2. SE/TS Karnal is requested to ask Sh. Piyush Xen/TS, Kurukshetra to supervise the training programme being ‘Core User’ for substation module and his AEE/Works to assist Sh.
