RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Competition open to children
(a)Sub junior - LKG to 5th class. (b) Juniors - 6th class to 8th class. (c) Seniors - 9th
class to intermediate.
2. Paintings of size exceeding 1/4 Chart (11''x14’’) Big size are not allowed.
3. Painting can be made on Rangoli, Designs, Gods, sceneries or any subject/
theme.
4. Painting can be made in any media.
5. Entry fee Rs 40/- for each painting and each child artist can send any number
of paintings.
6. Entry fee should be sent either by money order or demand draft in favour of
Konaseema Chitra kala Parishad payable at Amalapuram.
7. Each school or group of students should send a pack of more than 40 entries.
Entries less than 40 or single entries are not allowed and not to be returned
8. Entries should be sent by Regd parcel post/Courier Service.
9. Last date for sending entries is 1st December
10.Each parcel should carry.
(a) List of paintings. (b) Number of paintings. (c) Value of M.O or D.D.
(d) Bank name. (e) Principal / H.M and Art Teacher name.
11.Each entry should convey the following Information in English and in block
letters at the back of the painting.
(a) Title (b) Name of the participant (c) Class
12.Paintings need not be mounted/framed.
13.Paintings will be used for KCP and they will not be returned.
14.All medals are gold plated only. Correspondence must be in English only.
15.All Entries will be judged by 10th January. The Judgment by the panel of
experts is final.
16.All disputes will be subjected to Amalapuram jurisdiction only.
17.Awards and prizes will be handed over on the dais on the function day and
remaining prizes will be sent by post.

Rules & Regulations
1) All the artists from India can participate. Paintings must be
original.
2) Sizes: 16”x 20”, 18” X 24”, 24”x30”, 24”x36”, 36”X48”
3) Universal Award paintings will be retained by KCP and will be
the property of KCP
4) The Painting must be well framed and suitable to exhibit.
5) Write the following details behind the painting
a) Name of the painting, Ar tist’s Name, b) Full Postal Address,
c) Medium, d) Cost of the painting. The painting without frame
or the paintings made on charts are not allowed.
6) Each artist may send any number of paintings. Entry fee for
each painting Rs. 300/- only
7) The painting should be submitted in person or sent by any
parcel service before 1 st December. The Parishad takes no
responsibility in case the paintings are lost or damaged in
transport.
8) All Entries will be Judged by 15th December The Judgment by
thepanel of experts is final.
9) The Paintings will be returned to the artists with in 10 days
after the exhibition at their own risk and expenses. Parishad
takes no responsibility in case of any failure in taking delivery
with in ONE month.
10) Only qualified paintings will be exhibited and 10% commission
goes to the Parishad if the painting is sold.
11). MOs/DDs are payable to Konaseema Chitra kala Parishad at
Amalapuram.
12). Award function date will be on February 15th Sunday
13). Out of state artists need not send original Paintings. send
7”X5” Painting Photograph only for the Competition. Which
will not be returned under any Circumstances.
14). Only Participants’s paintings are exhibited. No private
paintings are allowed in the exhibition
15). Copy paintings, awarded paintings, paintings already sent to
other completions are not allowed.
NOTE: We accept only Acrylic sheet framed paintings.
Glass framed paintings are not allowed
