Possession of a Dealer Price List does not constitute an offer to sell.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
KMJ reserves the right to accept or reject any orders.

A completed and approved Dealership Application must be on file at KMJ prior to shipping any order.
KMJ dealers must have a brick and mortar retail business with regularly scheduled hours of operations.
KMJ requires strict adherence to the MAP Policy as it applies to XS Foto products.

A $20.00 processing fee will be added to orders less than $100.00.
A $20.00 processing fee will be added to any order shipped to a location other than the dealer's address.
A $50.00 service charge will be assessed for all “NSF” or returned checks for any reason.

We make every effort to ship all orders by the first business day following the day your order is confirmed.
Next Day, Second Day and Three Day UPS orders will be shipped the same day if confirmed by noon PST.
All shipments are ex-works Santa Ana, CA.
Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to purchaser.
Any damage claims in transit must be reported to the shipping company and KMJ within 7 days of receipt.
Claims for shortages, mis-shipments, incorrect products or pricing must be reported to KMJ within 7 days of receipt.

KMJ warrants that its products are free of materials and workmanship defects for two years with proof of purchase.
KMJ will repair or replace (at our option) any returned product and pay the return shipping.
Warranty applies only to normal use and with proper care and maintenance.

Any product returned to KMJ needs a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) prior to shipping.
Contact KMJ at (855) 822-1600 to receive an RGA number.
Authorized returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.
Any products returned without an RGA number is subject to refusal.
Please print the RGA number boldly on the outside of the package.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any refused shipment or unauthorized return.

KMJ dealers are welcome to sell our products at any price within their store.
Any KMJ product sold on your website must be listed at or above the MAP.
The MAP of each product is listed in the XS Foto Dealer Price List
You must include your web address (es) on your Dealer Application if you will sell KMJ products online.
Each KMJ dealer website must contain a direct phone number and physical address of your retail location.
Any manipulation of MAP will be considered a violation of the policy.
Selling on third party websites is not allowed (Amazon, Ebay, Buy.com, etc.).
KMJ dealers in violation of the MAP Policy will have their account terminated.
