CIRCULAR
Sub: HSE-Remittance of price of Text Books-List of defaulters of more than one lakh
rupees - reg.
Ref: Letter No. C-apt/351/14/Fin. Dated: 23/06/2014
As per the letter cited, the C-apt has reported that the following 98 Higher
Secondary Schools have defaulted more than one lakh rupees towards payment of price of
text books delivered to the schools by the C-apt till 2013-14. The C-apt has reported that
text books will not be issued to these schools henceforth unless they clear the dues
immediately.
In the above circumstance, the Principals of the following schools are directed to
remit the outstanding dues shown against the name of each school within 7 days to the
C-apt failing which the indented text books for the current academic year will not be issued
to them. In that case the defaulted Principals will be held responsible for the lapse and
action will be initiated to realise the amount from the salary of the Principals.
