Definition of Terminology 1. “Exhibitor” means any person or persons, firm or company, their servants or agents, or contractors applying for and being allotted space. 2. “Exhibition” means DVCE2014. 3. “Organizer” means Chungnam TP Display Center located at 88 Yonamsanro, Embong-myeon, Asan-city, Chungnam. Article 2. Participation 1. Those who intend to participate to exhibition should submit an application to organizer. 2. Exhibitor should submit 50% of participation fee as a deposit. Organizer can deny the participation form if the exhibits not appropriate to exhibition or no more available space. After the application form is received, organizer can deny the application form and return the deposit to the exhibitor depending on the circumstance until 1-month before the exhibition. 3. Exhibitor shall report to organizer about any changes after the submission of the application form, and exhibitor shall take responsibility caused by not reporting change(s). Article 3. Booth Allocation 1. Organizer will allocate the booth location considering exhibits, and exhibitor shall not have right to raise an objection. 2. In special occasion, organizer can re-arrange the location and size of stands after the discussion with exhibitor, and exhibitor shall cooperate with organizer for such requirement as much as possible except for inevitable case(s). Article 4. Move-in and Move-out 1. Move-in: November 9(Sun) to 10(Mon), 2014 09:00 AM~ 18:00 PM 2. Exhibition: November 11(Tue) to 13(Thu), 2014 10:00 AM ~ 17:00 PM 3. Move-out: After November 13(Thu) 17:00 PM Article 5. Exhibition Hall Management 1. All exhibits, articles and other property brought into the exhibition hall 2. If the exhibits not appropriate to exhibition, or directly selling without organizer’s approval, organizer may ask for suspension, removal or take out immediately. In that case, participation fee will not be refunded and the exhibitor cannot make a claim for the compensation. 3. The organizer may eliminate or limit the exhibits or display preferentially to maintain order and safety management and to prevent any behavior that may cause social trouble. If required, the organizer may limit the entrance and exit of specific people or items. 4. Exhibitor shall not transfer, resell, or mutually exchange the whole or part of allocated exhibition area without organizer’s written agreement. 5. The exhibitor shall not change the original state of floor, ceiling, pillar, wall and etc. of the exhibition hall by painting and other ways and shall compensate any damages of the exhibition hall properly by the restoration requests of organizer for any damages to the exhibition hall. Article 6. Payment 1. Exhibitor shall remit 50% of the participation fee together with the application as a participation contract deposit. The balance payment shall be made by October 31, 2014. (The payment of the total participation fee can also be made at the time of submit an application) 2. Organizer can cancel the participation if the exhibitor does not remit the balance in time. Exhibitor cannot make a claim the refund of participation contract deposit. 3. Organizer may choose to take hold the exhibits until the payment is settled, if exhibitor does not pay for expenses such as the participation fee, other facility usage fees, etc. Article 7. Cancellation or Change of Exhibitor 1. If the exhibitor wants to cancel the whole or part of the contracted exhibition space, the exhibitor shall notify the organizer of the cancellation or changes in writing. 2. If the clause 1 is accepted, organizer shall refund the participation fee except deposit according to refund regulation. 3. No interest shall be paid for the refunded amount. 4. Refund Before August 31 : 50% of participation fee might be refunded except deposit Before October 17: 30% of participation fee might be refunded except deposit After October 17: No refund is available Article 8. Cancellation or Change of Exhibition If the organizer cancels the opening of exhibition, the organizer shall refund total amount of participation fee paid by exhibitor. However, if the exhibition is canceled, the opening day is changed, or the scale of the exhibition is reduced due to a special occasion by Act of God, not by the responsibility of organizer, the payment of participation fees will not refunded. In such case, the exhibitor cannot make a claim to the organizer for compensation. Article 9. Install and Display of Exhibits Exhibitor shall move-in and display all the exhibits at the allocated exhibition area within allowed period. Article 10. Exhibit Move-out Exhibitor should move-out all the exhibits within removal period. If the removal is delayed and extra cost incurred to the organizer, the exhibitor shall pay the organizer the cost immediately. Article 11. Security, Risk Management, Theft and Insurance 1. Organizer shall appropriate security procedures for the exhibition and visitors. 2. Exhibitor shall be hold responsible of for any loss or theft or damage to exhibits, stand fitting or any article belonging to the exhibitor during the construction, exhibition and removal periods. 3. Exhibitor shall be responsible for insuring goods exhibits. The organizer shall not be liable for any damage or loss to exhibits and stand fittings. Article 12. Fire Regulation 1. Materials used in stand and display construction must be properly fireproofed in accordance with regulations of Korea. 2. Organizer has the right to make changes in the exhibitor’s stand for fire control. Article 13. Modification of these Terms and Conditions Organizer reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions of use at any time without cause, such changes shall become effective as soon as they are on the organizers web site and by continuing to use the organizers web site following such changes exhibitors will be deemed to have accepted such changes Article 14.
