citrus/lime fruit flavors, with a subtle complexity.

A Clear wine; with aromas of orange blossom and lemon; extra
dry and light bodied with flavours of lemon and orange zest.
Petit Chablis, Domaine Laventureux 2012
A light and surprisingly fresh wine. Fruity and mineral,
a wine with a light acidity that concentrates the aromas.
Bourgueil 'Jour de Soif ', Domaine P.Gautier, 2010
A fruity, perfumed wine. Floral, light and spicy. A cabernet
Franc that has earthy flavours with a long dark finish ending
in black cherries.
Heritage de Chasse Spleen, Haut Medoc 2008
Blackcurrant, smoke, tobacco and lemongrass aromas. Red
fruits and toast on the palate. This wine ends with a silky
smooth texture and a fairly long finish.
Château Biac 2008
A full bodied red wine. Fresh vanilla and red fruits aromas
mixed with spices enchant your nose. A well balanced and
structured wine with a long finish.

White flowers aromas blend in with toasted bread and almond
aromas, a round and subtle wine that enchants the palate.
Exotic fruit and fresh citrus aromas, a fresh dry wine easy to
drink rose.
Le S de Sumeire Rosé, Olivier Sumeire 2013
Notes of raspberries give this wine a frisky side while red
berries with and a hint of violet aromas complement this
round and elegant wine.
Côtes du Rhône Domaine de la Janasse 2011
The nose offers bags of jammy black fruits intermixed
with a delicious spiciness. The body is full, vibrant and
concentrated. A well-structured, well-made wine all round.

A fresh dry wine, with exotic fruits and citrusy aromas. Easy
to drink and enjoyable.
Bourgogne Blanc, Domaine Michel Juillot 2011
Fresh, supple and generous nose. Floral and hazelnut
scents with cream and butter notes are given off. A
straightforward taste, balanced, ample and pleasant, ending
with a long finish.
Sancerre Blanc La Croix au Garde, Domaine H. Pelle 2011
A beautifully aromatic wine that mixes citrus and floral
notes underpinned by a beautiful minerality.
Meursault, Domaine Michel Bouzereau 2007,
Collection Taillevent
A fatty, buttery, full bodied chardonnay, from the golden
triangle of Burgundy.
Chiaretto Garda Classico, Provenza 2012
Prized for its fragrance and its delicate perfume. It is
declared in literature as a 'one night wine'.
Chianti, Casale del Vento 2012
A Ruby red wine, elegant with notes of mature red fruits. Very
harmonious and well balanced.
On the palate, this wine is sweet and complex. It subtly
reveals vanilla, coconut and toasted bread notes combining
harmoniously with fruity and floral notes.
Château Kefraya 2010
This red wine reveals notes of pepper, clove, vanilla, toasted
bread and fruits of the forest. A discreet and refined wood
is associated with notes of blackcurrant, Morello cherry,
curry and roasted coffee.
Comtesse de M 2011
Round and full-bodied, this white wine is strong and wellbalanced on the palate. Aromas of wood, toast, coco nut
and honey dominate.

A wine with a soft structured palate, that is complimented
by delicate and bold freshness.
Ménetou Salon 'Les Bornés', Domaine H. Pelle 2010
A very aromatic wine. The nose is mixutre of grapefruit and
fresh ripe fruits , the palate is full, rich and tender. A real
pleasure wine.
Macon, Domaine Manciat 2012
The nose exhales mostly yellow fruits and citrus. On the
palate, you will find the smoothness and a soft finale to this
elegant wine.
Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Le Renard 2012
A great Pinot Noir, typical of burgundy, with red fruit
aromas a fringe of plums and some spices. Simple well
balanced and pleasant.
