required at least 3 days prior to trip.
Cancellation fees may apply in certain circumstances.

Deposits for some venues, special events etc. may apply
from time to time; check with office for details.

Approximate pick up times will be advised at the time of
booking.

Registered carers travel free, other costs apply.
