rooms, where a stationary ventilation system cannot be installed.
Furthermore, it can be used for the extraction from - or as air supply unit for

Components
In a joint project between “Søfartens Arbejdsmiljøråd” (The
Danish Maritime Occupational Health Service) and Geovent.
We have developed a standardized local extraction for use on
board ships and oil rigs.
The purpose of the Tornado Hood is to remove paint thinner
and other hazardous organic solvents from the worker and
the work area making working with paint safe.
The Hood, which has been presented to The Danish Maritime
Authority, meets the requirements for local extraction on
ships and off shore facilities.

GEOVENT Smoking cabin
GEOVENT Smoking cabin for ships.
Pilot air
The GEOVENT Smoking cabin is constructed and intended for
use at sea on ships and vessels, where vibrations require a
sturdy and rigid construction.
The smoking cabin filters the air in three stages: First with
an EU5 filter, then with an active carbonfilter and finally
the GEOVENT Smoking cabin uses a HEPA/absolute filter
to elimnate virtually all the unwanted particles - including
the smell of tobacco.

GEOVENT Smoking cabin for ships will clean air on board
ships but is highly versatile and will also easily fit in an
office environment.
Push/pull
Fan and filters
The Geovent smoking cabin utilizes the push/pull
principle which gives better control of the polluted air.
This reduces the release of hazardous particles and smell
to an absolute minimum.
The Geovent Smoking cabin is equipped with an infrared
motion detector to sense the presence of people in the
cabin and keeps the fan running for only as long as
necessary and thus reducing power consumption.
