Why eClass?
Credit unions are asking for timely, relevant, cost-effective ways for their employees to learn. Using case
studies enables practical, skill-building learning that is applicable immediately back on the job. Given the
geographic diversity of our country, the eClass enables employees from across the country to come together
and benefit from this type of learning experience.
The eClass provides a rich, interactive learning environment where employees can spread their learning
over several sessions while never leaving the office. Employees can continue their work duties while taking
a break to complete their course work, giving them the opportunity to consolidate, and apply what they have
learned to date.
