 MAY 15, 2014 INVICTUS providing program management support services to the Federal Transit Administration through two firms under separate contracts. The contracts are 5‐year, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts. The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) selected several firms including Kimley‐Horn and Associates, Inc. (KHA) and David Evans and Associates, Inc. (DEA) to serve as an extension of staff to provide project management oversight (PMO) services on federally funded transit projects and programmatic services to FTA headquarters. Both firms are currently providing services under the second of two consecutive five‐year contracts, each of which includes a variety of different high‐
value assignments. PMO services include review of the activities of the implementing transit agency, designers, and contractors to ensure that they have sufficient technical capacity to implement the projects and to monitor budget, schedule, and quality management compliance. As a sub‐consultant to both KHA and DEA, INVICTUS provides construction management and CPM schedule support services in an oversight role on various projects for FTA Grantees that include, the Port Authority of NY & NJ, New York City Department of Transportation, and New Jersey Transit. Services for the New York State Office of General Services in Downstate Regions 1,2, &3

various capacities for an undetermined number of construction projects for the New York State
Office of General Services (OGS). The prime consultant is the joint venture of McKissack and
McDonough Bolyard Peck (MBP).

MARCH 26, 2012 INVICTUS providing project controls services to Hugh O’Kane Electric Company, Inc. (O’Kane) in its work with the SKANSKA Construction Management Team for the $702MM City University of New York Advanced Science Research Center (ASRC). Invictus LLC has been retained to provide a CPM schedule to support the infrastructure electrical contractor, O’Kane, for two new life science buildings for the City University of New York (CUNY), City College of New York (CCNY). The $702MM, 389,000‐SF ARSC complex will provide space for state‐of‐the‐art research and development laboratories and supporting spaces. The CCNY Science Facility building will provide 200,000‐SF of space for state‐of‐the‐art research and teaching laboratories predominantly in the areas of Biology, Chemistry and Physics. The ASRC building of approximately 189,000‐SF will contain R&D labs, cafeteria and lecture halls. The four and five story, steel frame, curtain wall and pre‐cast buildings will have a shared basement where a vivarium will be located. A campus green sits between the two buildings. The project is currently qualifying for LEED® certification. The University appreciates that, in order to attract and retain top‐level scientists to its faculty, compete successfully for large collaborative research grants, and expand its capacity to commercialize its intellectual property, it is essential to provide state‐of‐the‐art science facilities. February 28, 2012 INVICTUS/MBP on the Team that Receives a Contract to Design The New Cadet Barracks at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. INVICTUS/MBP will provide enhanced commissioning and scheduling services to the STV/URS team. STV is a leading, award‐winning professional firm offering engineering, architectural, planning, environmental and construction management services. STV consistently ranks among the country's top 25 firms in education, corrections, highways, bridges, rail and mass transit. The New Cadet Barracks is a project that includes approximately 288,000 GSF of new construction to house 650 cadets and provide space for a future chiller plant. The primary facility includes two person cadet rooms, battalion support spaces, latrines/showers, laundry, storage, day rooms, and other support offices/spaces. January 18, 2012 INVICTUS on the Team that Receives a Contract to Provide Construction Program Management Services for the Design and Construction of the West Point Visitors Center INVICTUS is on the team of Hill International (NYSE:HIL), a global leader in managing construction risk, that it has been awarded a contract from the Association of Graduates of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York to manage the design and construction of a new Visitors Center. The new center will be located on the site of the current Visitors Center, and its exterior will employ architectural features and materials that harmonize with those of the West Point Museum, which stands just to the south and east of the site. The design will be a building containing a gift shop and a large space for exhibits that will serve to introduce visitors to West Point in an engaging fashion. The estimated construction cost of the center will be between $15M and $20M. INVICTUS will provide project management support services to Hill International who will act as the professional representative for Phase I of the project. Phase 1 will culminate with the completion of the Visitors Center’s schematic design. The Hill Team l will likely remain involved for follow‐on engagement as the program manager for the remainder of the pre‐construction effort, the construction phase, and post‐construction close‐out. January 4, 2012 INVICTUS on the team led by McKissack & McKissack that Receives Contract from the New York State University Construction Fund Invictus LLC successfully teamed with the New York office of McKissack & McKissack to receive a contract from the New York State University Construction Fund (SUCF) to provide on‐call construction management services on various projects in the SUCF's South Region. The three‐year contract has an estimated value to the team of approximately $5.0 million. The purpose of the SUCF is to provide academic buildings, dormitories and other facilities for the State University of New York, to reduce the time lag between determination of need for such facilities and actual occupancy thereof, to expedite the construction, acquisition, reconstruction and rehabilitation or improvement of such facilities and to assure that the same are ready for the purposes intended when needed and when scheduled under the approved master plans. INVICTUS will be providing support in the form of project management controls and construction oversight. Campuses included in the SUCF's South Region include New Paltz, Purchase, Maritime, Optometry, Brooklyn HSC, Old Westbury, Farmingdale, Stony Brook and the Levin Institute.
